From July 2027, EU anti-money-laundering law (AMLR) makes trading through unregulated channels — WhatsApp groups, cash deals, informal networks — legally risky for the individual dealer. Every WatchIT dealer is identity-verified and KYC/KYB-checked through our certified payment partner before they trade, and every payment runs through digital escrow instead of cash. Compliance happens automatically, instead of becoming your job.
From July 2027, you're personally responsible for identity checks, sanctions screening and record-keeping on every deal — a chat screenshot and a bank transfer isn't a valid compliance file. Break off a deal because a buyer won't identify themselves, and you may be required to report it as an unusual transaction. WatchIT handles the verification and payment side for you, for every trade.
